We are looking for a caring, fun, and reliable nanny to care for our 4-year-old daughter, Sofia-Mathieu, after school. She is energetic, curious, and loves engaging in activities such as reading, play, and swimming in our pool at home.

Sofia also has an older sister, Lee-Ann (7 years old), who is on the autism spectrum. Lee-Ann has her own ABA therapist who works with her at home, so your primary responsibility will be with Sofia. However, since the sisters love spending time together, you will sometimes be around Lee-Ann as well, supporting their interaction in a gentle, patient way.

? Responsibilities

Pick up Sofia from school (if possible) or be at home to welcome her after school.

Take her to her scheduled after-school activities (transportation may be required).

Engage her in fun and enriching activities: reading, play, arts & crafts, outdoor time, or swimming.

Provide snacks/light meals as needed.

Support a safe, warm, and structured environment where both sisters feel cared for.

? Qualifications

Experience with young children (4–7 age range).

Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality.

Comfortable supervising play around the pool.

Safe driving record (for transporting to activities).

First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Experience with children on the autism spectrum is helpful, but not required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Location: Haines City

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
