I am 4.5 months pregnant with our second child - a baby girl with Down syndrome due in November. We need to arrange for her care starting about 10-12 weeks of age in 2026. It is unclear how severe the DS will be until she is here. I imagine she may have PT, OT, or speech therapy appointments for which transportation may be needed but not required.
