Looking for a permanent and reliable sitter

I am currently looking for a sitter for my 13 year old who is on the autism spectrum for 3 afternoons/early evening. He comes home with the school bus and gets dropped off right outside my home and I’ll need someone to pick him up when he gets dropped off making sure he gets in the house and to remain with him until I get home.
