I'm seeking occasional assistance for my children. I have 8 year old twins (boy and girl) who both have Autism. Thankfully they don't require much but at times when I need to do things outside the home, I would like someone who can be with them for a few hours. My son does exhibit some self-injurous behaviors and traveling to places can stress him out a lot so if I can avoid getting him stressed by keeping him home while I handle business is ideal. Mostly baby girl twin will be in school so the care giver would primarily be with baby boy twin when needed. Besides sitting with him and providing him a snack or drink every now and then, not much else would be needed for him.
