We are seeking compassionate, reliable special needs caregivers, babysitters, or nannies to assist children during in-home virtual speech therapy sessions. This role involves helping maintain engagement, assisting with simple therapy activities directed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, and providing a positive, supportive environment during sessions.

This is a unique opportunity for caregivers seeking consistent weekly hours with families receiving ongoing therapy services. Sessions are structured, professional, and designed to support children with communication and developmental needs.

Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, energetic, and comfortable working with children with special needs. Experience with autism, language delays, AAC, or behavioral support is a plus but not required. Flexible scheduling opportunities available. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
