Brain Trauma with missing skull until December

My sister is a 57 year old who was the victim of a crime and has had to have to have 2 brain surgeries. She can feed herself and has no disabilities. She does not have reasoning skills and is impulsive and just needs to be watched to make sure she wears her helmet when she is up.
