We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable part-time nanny to support our 7-year-old son, who is autistic. This role is ideal for someone with strong ABA experience who is confident supporting children with behavioral challenges and enjoys helping them grow in a structured, supportive environment. We are a busy household with older children, so comfort working in an active family setting is important. 20-25 hours per week Flexible schedule Weekday afternoons and/or early evenings preferred Some weekend availability required (with advance notice) Pay: $25-$40 per hour, based on experience, training, and certifications Provide one-on-one care and behavioral support primarily for our 7-year-old Implement ABA-based strategies and follow established behavior intervention plans Manage behavioral challenges using trained activities
