We are looking for a sitter that is familiar with special needs Autistic young adult population. Our son is 20yrs old, non-verbal autistic and active. We need an understanding, compassionate, patience, firm and strong person to babysit him occasionally, which may extend to a more stable schedule with flexibility. We often travel and may need someone to travel with us for him. Male sitter is preferred, but not required. Must be ok with pets- we have 2 small fur-daughters. No smoking at all-not negotiable.
