We are looking for a great nanny for our special needs daughter, Mia. Mia was born 16 weeks early and under a pound. She was in the NICU for the first 6 months of her life. She is completely blind with mild hearing loss and is developmentally delayed. She is also smart, funny, talented and the sweetest child you've ever met. Mia just turned 18 but still needs a lot of care. Her Dad and I are looking for a little help. Caring for Mia along with working and cleaning and cooking can be daunting for us sometimes. We are hoping to find someone that is caring, responsible and comes with impeccable references. This will hopefully be a long term commitment, someone that will be like family. Mia is our whole world and we are very protective of her. We are hoping to find the "unicorn". Someone that can help with Mia but also be able to do light cleaning and cooking.
