Special needs sitter or nanny

My son is 8 years old and has been diagnosed with Autism. He has low vocabulary but has a communication device and tries to use sign language, he can go to the restroom on his own, and can fix his own drinks and get snacks (can't use a microwave yet). Needs dressing and hygiene assistance. Does have lots of energy and can have behavioral challenges once in a while.
Requirements: CPR, patience, and behavior certification.
