Occasional Evening Sitter Needed for 7-Year-Old Girl (Autism Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable sitter for our 7-year-old daughter, who is autistic. This would be for occasional evenings—typically once or twice a month starting Valentine’s Day, from around 7:00 PM until midnight/1am on Valentine’s Day, however other evenings would be 3-5 hrs on average to allow my wife and me to enjoy a date night.

Our daughter is sweet, gentle, and generally has a calm evening routine. Most of the time, the sitter would simply be present in the home while she sleeps or winds down for the night. Any specific routines, preferences, or needs will be clearly explained in advance to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Experience with autism is preferred, but more important to us is someone who is patient, attentive, and caring. This role is ideal for someone looking for low-key evening work in a safe, relaxed home environment.
