We’re looking for a dependable, patient, and kind individual to provide companion-style support for a developmentally delayed young adult. This is not a hands-on caregiving role, no personal care or medical assistance required. Responsibilities include providing daily structure and companionship, assisting with routines and decision-making, and driving to and from a scheduled daily program. American Sign Language is a must as he is deaf. The ideal candidate is reliable, emotionally mature, and interested in a long-term role. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
