After school babysitter/nanny for special needs child

I am looking for an after school nanny for my special needs son. He is 6 years old, non verbal, not fully potty trained autistic child. Job entails being home to retrieve him from bus and helping with after school activities. Monday-Thursday, 2:30-4:30.
