We are a loving, neurodiverse family seeking a calm, highly organized, and proactive Family Assistant to help streamline our daily life. Our household includes a working dad, a stay-at-home and neuro-diverse mom managing an active 6-year-old kindergartener who has an ASD diagnosis. We are looking for a reliable "second set of hands" to reduce the daily cognitive load on Mom and provide a supportive environment for our son. Key Responsibilities:Take over daily "executive function" tasks such as grocery shopping, meal prep, running errands, sorting mail, managing laundry, and coordinating home vendors. Help maintain a calm environment by keeping common areas organized, managing the family calendar, and tracking household inventory/supplies. Provide afternoon/after-school support for our 6-year-old. This includes assisting with smooth school-to-home transitions, maintaining predictable routines, and engaging in sensory-friendly play. Act as a grounding, reliable presence in the home
