Caregiver Support- neurodivergent kids

I am seeking a dependable, patient, and compassionate caregiver to support our three boys, ages 6, 5, and 3, who are all on the autism spectrum.
My 5- and 3-year-old are verbal, more independent, and able to communicate their needs and wants functionally. Our 6-year-old has higher support needs and uses AAC to communicate.
We are looking for someone who is CPR certified, dependable, and experienced working with neurodivergent children. Experience with autism, AAC, and supporting multiple children at one time is highly preferred. Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), paraprofessional, nanny, or in a related caregiving role is a strong plus.
The schedule needed is consistent each week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 3:30 PM–6:00 PM Wednesday and Friday: 3:30 PM–4:30 PM . 7:45AM drop-off is also needed two days per week through August.
