Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and engaging summer helper for my autistic son. This is a part-time role (15–20 hrs/week), typically Tues–Thurs and/or Fri, between 10:30 AM–4:30 PM. Schedule may vary slightly due to therapy, so flexibility is important.

My son enjoys being outside, playtime, and routine. I’m looking for someone attentive, calm, and actively engaged (not just supervising).

Responsibilities include: outdoor play, supporting routine, assisting with lunch/snacks, light cleanup, and actively participating in swimming/water play (must be able to swim and comfortable being in the water with close supervision).

Ideal candidate is reliable, patient, enjoys staying engaged, comfortable with routine and flexibility, and has transportation. Experience required; special needs experience a plus.

Pay: $17–$20/hr DOE, paid weekly via Venmo/PayPal.
