I’m looking for an occasional babysitter for my 3-year-old daughter, who is autistic and nonverbal. I mostly need help for a few hours at a time during the week, some evenings, and occasional weekends — likely never more than four or five hours at a stretch. I’m hoping to find someone patient, reliable, and experienced with young children, preferably with an understanding of autism or special needs care. Duties would mainly include supervision, playtime, simple meals/snacks, and keeping her safe and comfortable in her familiar environment.
