School pickup and Drop for 1 Kid and Special need assistance for second kid

I am looking for a help to pickup and drop my kid from home to middle school and back on daily basis throughout school session.
I also have 17 year old Son special need son need assistance for his day to day routine like making him seat, helping in picking up to move from Couch to Bed, changing diaper.
