We are seeking a patient, compassionate, and reliable caregiver to provide attentive care for our energetic and creative son, who has ADHD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who thrive with structure, understanding, and encouragement.

Responsibilities include:
• Offering a safe, nurturing environment
• Supporting routines and positive behavior strategies
• Engaging him in fun, structured activities
• Assisting with organization and focus during play, homework, or daily tasks
• Communicating clearly and calmly, with a focus on positive reinforcement

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with ADHD or neurodiverse children
• Background in childcare, education, social work, or related field
• Strong patience, flexibility, and creativity
• Ability to provide consistency and structure while encouraging independence
