Hi,

Our long-term nanny is going back to school in January. We are looking for a person/people to provide babysitting (1) Occasional basis (days off from school and potentially sick days and weekend help) and (2) Someone to work late afternoons/evenings about 2-3x a week (~3:30-8). The right person can handle and redirect the strong emotions of a kiddo with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. He is very high-functioning but can also be challenging. The ideal person has experience working with similar kiddos (e.g., paraprofessional, nanny). I would like someone 12/22 for most of the day as a trial fit. Or we could have a trial day on a weekend for ~3-4 hours. You may need to help out with our 4 yr old and/or 16 month old. But, you would not be watching all 3 boys alone! General duties include keeping kids active, helping with school work, making simple meals, tidying up kitchen and/or playspaces as time permits.
