Someone to drive brother to and from work

My adult brother with downs syndrome has recently moved in with me in Cary and he works in Schaumburg and can no longer utilize the para transit pace bus because of the distance. He works 5 days a week from 9am to 1pm
My sister and I have been doing all the driving and it is getting a bit rough with our work schedules. Help
