Care for a 15 year old Prader Willi Syndrome child
Posted by Wendy K. on 9/4/2025

- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

We’re looking for a responsible, caring sitter to support our 15-year-old daughter, Natalie. She’s a friendly, fun-loving teen who enjoys playing games and spending time with others. Natalie has Prader-Willi syndrome, which means she cannot be left home alone due to food-seeking behaviors.
We’d love to find someone who:
- Has experience with special needs care (or is open to learning)
- Is patient, reliable, and engaging
- Can provide supervision during evenings when we go out, as well as occasional after-school pickups
- Would need to have a car for after school pick ups but not for evening sitting. She attends Disney II Magnet in Old Irving Park and we live off Elston between Foster and Central.
This is an ad hoc, as-needed position—perfect for someone looking for occasional evening or after-school hours.
If you’re interested, please reach out—we’d love to connect and learn more about you!
