Seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate caregiver for my non-verbal son on the autism spectrum.
He is a sweet child who thrives with structure, consistency, and a calm environment. He communicates through gestures and cues.
Responsibilities:
* Supervision at all times
* Engage in simple, structured activities
* Follow routines and care instructions
* Assist with basic needs
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience with autism/special needs preferred
* Patient, nurturing, and dependable
* Willing to learn his communication style
* CPR/First Aid is a plus
