Looking for sitter 2-3 days a week

I have a 4yr old non verbal granddaughter. She is a fetal alcohol syndrome child who uses a walker . She is a very happy little girl who loves everyone. I’m looking for 2-3 days a week who will feed her, play and take care of her needs. Approximately 4-6 hours a day. Uses limited sign language. Not potty trained will have to change diaper
