We are a family looking for a reliable, loving, and patient nanny to help care for our two bright, intelligent children, ages 6 and 7, during the mornings before school. Family is incredibly important to us, and our children always come first—especially at the start of their day. Mornings set the tone, and we value a calm, supportive, and structured routine for our kids.

Responsibilities include maintaining a consistent morning routine, assisting with getting dressed, preparing breakfast, and safely transporting the children to school. Our kids are mostly independent but need gentle guidance and support to stay on track in the mornings. Both of our kids are autistic and bright, so we are looking for a Nanny that has compassion for special needs children.

The ideal candidate will:

Be CPR certified and able to provide proof of certification

Have experience working with children with special needs and/or autism

Be dependable, patient, nurturing, and kind

Have reliable transportation with proof of valid insurance

Must pass a background check

Provide references from non-family or friends, must be a previous employer or babysitting family.

Bring a positive attitude about life, family, and caring for children

We are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who truly enjoys working with kids and becoming a trusted part of our family’s daily routine.
