Aiyden is a very sweet boy with autism and cerebral palsy. He needs close supervision and patience, especially when he becomes overwhelmed or frustrated. He may stim or cry when he is having a difficult time or trying something unfamiliar. He does have a history of biting, but this behavior has been successfully worked on through ABA and has greatly improved. He is also a very picky eater and usually eats when he feels comfortable and ready. Someone who is patient, understanding, and comfortable caring for a child with special needs would be the best fit for him. Aiyden loves being able to move around and explore freely. He especially enjoys being outdoors, running around, and going to the park. He does not always know how to play with playground equipment or other activities appropriately yet, and trying new things can sometimes overwhelm him.
