We have 4 children (ages 9, 9, 7, and 5). One 9-year-old is high-functioning autistic. We also have a 20-year-old son with low-functioning autism who requires supervision. Experience with autism or special needs is strongly preferred (ABA is a plus).

Mon–Fri approx. 3:00pm–6:00pm. Pick up children from school and aftercare (multiple locations), then home to start the evening routine.

Full-time hours (8:00am-6:00pm) required during school breaks and summer.

Overnights: Needed when we travel for work to handle evenings and mornings, and be the primary caregiver, even if another adult is present.

Responsibilities: Driving (our van), school pickups, meal prep/cooking, cleaning up after meals/play, light chores, outdoor play/activities, and supervision of our adult son.

Ideal candidate: Reliable, patient, fun, and able to manage multiple kids. Comfortable with structure but not overly strict. Must be comfortable around dogs.

Pay: $25–28/hr (daytime, morning), $150–175 overnight.
