I am looking for an experienced educator, instructional assistant, or behavioral specialist (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 support for my 7-year-old son with during his summer camp weeks.

My son is bright and high-energy. He thrives with a partner who can help him navigate transitions and stay focused during group activities. Your role would be to attend camp alongside him, acting as a bridge to ensure he has a successful and positive experience. Camp will be at the Orchard school.

I am offering a premium rate of $30-35/hour because I am looking for a professional (Teacher, IA, or RBT) who can provide high-level engagement and focus-support for a bright student. I value your expertise and want to ensure this is a well-compensated summer role.

Also looking for occasional weekend support at other times, that's 100% flexible.

Schedule:
June 8–12
June 15–19
July 13-17

Hours: 9 AM – 4:00 PM.

Requirements:
Professional experience in a classroom or 1-on-1 support setting.
Ability to be active in a outdoor camp environment.
Patient and proactive personality.
Rate: $30-35/hour.
