She’s going to be in bed, already changed and ready for sleep. She just needs someone to talk with and be there in case she needs help from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Patient is 34 years old, with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. She is unable to feed or drink by herself. She has a speech impediment, but is able to speak and understand normally. She is not mentally impaired otherwise and HATES to be talked down to.
