Pat has issues with her lower legs that have caused severe abscessing and significant open wounds (dressing changes already handled by visiting nurse). with her limited mobility spouse and I moved in to be full time care givers. Occasionally however, we need a break. We provide lifting/moving assistance when she needs to transfer out of wheelchair, along with meal preparation, reminder her to take meds etc.
