Have fun- read, play games, go for walk (stroller/wheelchair), make crafts, go to park, listen to music; Prepare and feed snack (cannot feed herself; no hand use; eats a little by mouth); feed and give water via g-tube ; Help using the restroom/changing pull ups; Willingness to learn to help w/ eye gaze communication device; Help her practice standing and walking; Help her clean up/bathe or fix her hair (likes to be fashionable); Clean up after her (e. g., put crafts away). We are willing to train a good candidate. Requirements: references, HS degree/GED, employment paperwork including background check authorization. Time is entered using an app. We are required to keep notes. I need help all day on weekdays from 7/14 to 8/4. After 8/4, I need help for a few hours after school. Great for future OT/PT/SLP/teacher! Bonuses may be available. Schedule will vary on some days. During summer, the day can be split between two caregivers.
