I'm looking for a nanny for my son who is 10 years old and has autism spectrum disorder. He is very affectionate and loves attention and praise. He tends to do things on his own time and is sensitive to pressure and changing routines. He has meltdowns and can be aggressive and self-injurious, but it's short lived.
