I am starting a new job 7/7. My training hours will vary the week of 7/7, 7/14 & 7/21, a mix of morning & evening shifts. Then, beginning July 30th, I would like a permanent nanny from 12:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday. My son is a very sweet. active, highly intelligent kiddo. However, autism limits his speech and he can act out with high-pitched screaming and sometimes hitting. A nanny would need to have experience being patient and using techniques to redirect and proactively prevent escalation. He enjoys lots of activities, play-dough, coloring, arts and crafts, singing & dancing, numbers, & letters. It is easy to keep him engaged in activities. We are working on potty training, taking it slow. Sometimes he naps. We would love to have a permanent nanny to care for our favorite guy.
