Respite care for parents

Our child is a wonderful happy kid with Down syndrome. He's got some independent skills but still needs some help with toileting, and has some speech challenges. We're looking for a few days a week for someone to come and provide care relief for us: that could be walks to the park, playing in home or in the yard, cooking simple meals for him, etc.
