We are seeking a caring, dependable part-time caregiver/nanny for a sweet, kind, and fun-loving adult with autism and a rare autoimmune condition. He has developmental needs similar to those of a young toddler and requires patient, attentive, and compassionate one-on-one support. The schedule is Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a flexible start date. Occasional fill-in shifts and overnight coverage may also be available for someone who is interested and willing. Responsibilities include providing supervision and personal care; administering medication as directed; supporting behavioral and emotional regulation with calm redirection, comfort, and distraction; preparing and assisting with meals and feeding; and helping with activities of daily living, including personal-care needs. Must be conscientious about hygiene, illness exposure, and following household health precautions. Autism-care experience is required for this position.
