After school assistance with active kindergartener and toddlers. Two boys ages 5 and (almost) 3, and a baby girl, 15 months old.
3 hours several days a week (M-F) In our home.
Spend time playing with children and guiding them to maintain safety, as toddlers sometimes need suggestions/redirection.
Active, energetic and enthusiastic, they have plenty to keep them busy, in the home, outside and at the local tot-lot in good weather.
Experience with caring for young children, awareness of emotional difficulties that can crop up and how to avoid "meltdowns", and offering options that are in line with the household norms is important.
One or both parents will be at home (dad sometimes works from home) - handling the different tasks necessary at home. Must have reliable transportation, CPR/Basic First Aid and all relevant/current clearances are required.
