Seeking a kind, nurturing, and reliable caregiver for our affectionate and engaging 18-year-old daughter with significant developmental and cognitive disabilities. Care is in our Columbia home, generally 2:30–8:30 p.m. a few weekdays each week, with possible weekend and school-break hours.

Responsibilities include play and activities, following her behavior support plan, diapering/personal care, and feeding puréed foods and thickened liquids. Experience with special needs and/or young children is required; ABA, PT/OT/Speech, or career nanny experience is a plus.

Pay is through The Arc Central Chesapeake Region. First Aid, CPR, and background checks are required. We have an experienced care team and hope to find someone warm, dependable, and interested in becoming a consistent part of her routine.
