Hi! I’m looking for a reliable and patient in-home sitter for my 4-year-old son who has autism and developmental delays. He’s sweet, energetic, and thrives with gentle routines and calm support.

We need help in my home in Montgomery Village (20886) from 5:00 PM–10:00 PM only 4 days a week (Mondays-Thursdays) - we follow MCPS school schedule so if no school, then no care needed.

I’m specifically looking for someone with Autism experience (ABA, special needs childcare, RBT, caregiver background, or personal experience welcome).

Requirements:
• 18+
• Comfortable with autism and sensory needs
• Available Monday–Friday evenings
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to complete Maryland Child Care Scholarship (CCS) background check so the state can pay you directly

Responsibilities:
• Evening routine/bath time
• Sensory-friendly play
• Calm behavioral support
• Snack/dinner/bed time
• Safety and supervision

Looking for someone consistent, fun and warm who genuinely enjoys working with neurodivergent kids. Can keep him occupied through songs, music, sensory play. Can’t wait to connect!
