Seeking a dependable, patient caregiver for a split-shift routine for my three sweet children: two girls (11 & 8) and my 7-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum.
Schedule:
• Morning: 2 hours before school + school drop-off
• Afternoon: School pick-up + 2 hours of care until I return home
• Occasional standby care for a Friday or Saturday night out (once in a blue moon)
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for school runs.
• Experience or a strong background with autism and neurodivergent care (behavior management or patience with routine is a major plus).
• Must pass a background check and provide references.
