18 years young man on the autism spectrum (non-speaking) needs a "sitter"

Alexander is a very sweet young man. I just need someone to sit with him so I can have a few free hours to myself. I'm a single mom and struggle to get out myself but also get out with my oldest child who's 20 (also on the spectrum).
