Seeking a reliable, kind, and patient caregiver for our 6yo son with autism & ADHD.  
Lucien is fully potty-trained, able to dress himself with assistance, and can communicate some but not all needs verbally. In addition to direct care, duties include snack preparation, clean-up, help brushing teeth and hand hygiene. Most care would be provided in my home with another adult present, you will be expected to drive Lucien to occasional activities near Ann Arbor such as nearby parks or indoor playgrounds.

Required: Experience and enthusiasm working with autistic children with high support needs and/or intellectual disability; Willing to commit to regular weekly sessions lasting at least 2 hours (Lucien needs routine and predictability). Needs own transportation (carseat provided). 2 references.

Ideal candidate is able to provide 10-15 hours of care per week during times of greatest need:
Weekdays: 6-8a, 4-7p
Weekends: 6a-7p
