Looking for a trauma-informed parent-helper for twin 4.5 y/o boys recently placed with us from foster care. The boys are healthy and high energy. Their special needs are oppositional, aggressive behaviors, so we are looking for a caregiver who can work together with us to engage and redirect undesirable behaviors in a trauma-informed way.
At least one parent will always be in the home and available with the caregiver. Ideally a regular schedule of several hours Sunday afternoons (2-5pm) and Tuesday evenings (5-7pm) would help give us some capacity.
