Hi! I’m looking for a special person to care for my son, Julian. I’m not simply looking for a babysitter—I want someone willing to truly get to know him and become someone he feels safe and comfortable with.
Julian is a special-needs child with a sweet, funny, loving, energetic and determined personality. Routine and consistency are important to him. Changes, transitions, waiting or being told no can sometimes cause frustration, so he needs someone calm, patient and able to redirect him while maintaining loving but firm boundaries.
Julian requires close supervision, so being attentive and present is extremely important. I want someone willing to learn his cues, triggers, interests and what helps him regulate. Most importantly, I want someone who will play with him, encourage him and let him be a kid! ❤️
Experience with special-needs children is preferred, but patience, dependability, compassion and willingness to learn Julian mean the most to me.
