My daughter is 9 years old with limited speech and Down syndrome. She is very social and enjoys playing with dolls, toys and her iPad. She needs assistance with pouring water into her water bottle and working the TV remote. She likes playgrounds and passing any kind of ball, and she has a good arm! I would love someone who can play and give her attention after school and keep her company when I work in the late afternoons or have an outside engagement. She can get upset at times from frustration so remaining calm and firm is helpful. She can get snacks from the kitchen or refrigerator herself, but if something needs to be cut or prepared, she will need help. Looking for occasional help in the late afternoon (after 3:30pm), evenings or weekends. Happy to answer any more questions.
