My mother in-law has dementia with primary progressive aphasia. We need someone who understands her disease as her speach is delayed. She communicative but she repeats and it takes her time to get her thoughts out.

We need someone who can provide transportation to her Speach therapy appointments, physical therapy appointments, grocery shopping. We will continue to take her to her doctor appointments.

Currently, she is attending the Day Institute in Chesterfield for the next 6 weeks. She is picked up at 10:30 am from her home (she is currently living alone) and then dropped off at the Day Institute. She gets picked up from the Day Institute at 4:00 pm. From the Day Institute, there is sometimes a stop at Aldi, Shnucks and/or the bank. She does make a list, goes inside and shops.

Additionally, there may be 1x per week where she needs to attend a seperate speach therapy or counselor appointment.
