This year I was diagnosed with parkinsonism and spasticity so have some challenges and could use some help. I get around at home ok and live with a friend but am trying to be more independent and have my own support system. I can get to my local appointments in Southport NC but need help with getting to appointments in Wilmington. I don’t have a lot of appointments there but need help from someone who understands my challenges and can help me with communicating. Also can help me with some administrative things I find a bit challenging. This would be a great help. The diagnosis as a whole has hit me quite hard after having some unexplained challenges for a while, so having an ally who can help would be a big relief. Thanks.
