Looking for a compassionate part-time caregiver to assist with my daughter, who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. She needs support with feeding (not involving her G-tube), diaper changes, and occasional clothing changes. She wears a helmet for safety and may have seizures, but no medication administration is required. This is an assistance role—I will be present in the home during all care. There is another child in the home, but your focus will be solely on the one daughter. Hours are Saturdays from 12 PM to 5 PM. Her ideal day is calm and quiet, filled with music, soft shows, playing with toys and gentle interaction. Occasional short outings with me and her may be included (no driving required). Looking for someone reliable, patient, and comfortable around special needs. Experience is appreciated but not required if you're willing to learn. This is a stable, supportive environment ideal for students or those seeking meaningful part-time work.
