Gentle Caregiver for Neurodivergent Toddler

- $25.00 per hour
Looking for occasional, part-time support for our toddler, who is autistic. This role is focused on play, connection, and gentle supervision; things like playing at home, reading books, imaginative play, or occasional trips to a nearby park.
Our child is minimally verbal and does best with caregivers who are calm, patient, and attuned, especially during transitions. Experience with autistic or neurodivergent children is important, but we are not looking for formal therapy or behavior modification - just a warm, regulated presence who genuinely enjoys young children.
Ideal for someone with experience in early childhood, special education, OT/SLP, or who has cared for neurodivergent kids before. Schedule is light and predictable (e.g., a few hours on a weekend morning), and we’re happy to start slowly to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
