After school care for ASD kindergartener plus sibling Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Hello! I am looking for someone to pick my kindergartener from school at 2:15 pm, bring him home and watch him and his 1 year old sister until 4:30 pm. I will be in the house working from my office. Responsibilities would include serving him a snack.
I do have two medium large dogs that would be in the house.
