We are looking for a caregiver who can attend preschool with our son (almost 4 years) to provide one-on-one support. He has a high functioning ASD diagnosis, is incredibly smart, extremely verbal, and super imaginative. At school, he needs one-on-one support staying focused and navigating social interactions with his classmates.

Additionally, we will need childcare over the summer which will either be providing similar one-on-one support during a summer camp type setting or more traditional nanny work at home.

We would love to find a gentle soul with consistent boudaries who knows when to step in to intervene and when to fade into the background to foster independence. Collaborating with both parents and teachers is a must. The minimum amount of time we'd need would be 20 hours/week (weekday mornings), but could need close to 40 hours over the summer.
